Rangers: Champions Unite in Triumphant Homecoming at Ibrox (31/05/03) The sun shone brightly over Ibrox Stadium as Rangers Football Club's bus made its way down Edmiston Drive on the morning of May 31,2003. A sea of blue and white scarves and flags lined the streets, as the anticipation of the homecoming of the treble-winning team grew. As the team bus turned into Ibrox Park, the cacophony of cheers and roars from the crowd outside could be heard. The players, having just secured an historic treble of the Scottish Premier League, Scottish Cup, and Scottish League Cup titles, were about to be reunited with their adoring fans. The team stepped off the bus, one by one, to be greeted by the thunderous applause and appreciation of the Rangers supporters. Craig Moore, Robert Malcolm, Steven Thompson, Jan Wouters, Barry Ferguson, Kevin Muscat, Arthur Numan, and Neil McCann were among the players who made their way through the crowd, beaming with pride and joy. The atmosphere was electric as the team posed for photographs, basking in the glory of their achievements. The Scottish Cup, which had eluded Rangers for 11 long years, was held aloft by the captain, Barry Ferguson, as the crowd erupted in a crescendo of cheers and celebration.
