Great image of Rangers Football Club legend, Jean Alain Boumsong, in action during his time at Ibrox. Boumsong, a native of Cameroon, joined Rangers in the summer of 2003 and quickly became a fan favorite with his tough tackling and composure on the ball. He made his debut for the club in a League Cup tie against Livingston and went on to make over 100 appearances for Rangers, scoring 6 goals. Boumsong's time at Rangers was marked by success, as he helped the team win three Scottish Premier League titles, two Scottish Cups, and one Scottish League Cup. He was a key member of the Rangers team that reached the UEFA Champions League group stages in the 2003-04 season. Off the field, Boumsong was known for his charisma and personality. He was a popular figure in the Rangers dressing room and was well-respected by his teammates and coaches. His infectious energy and passion for the game made him a fan favorite, and he was always willing to go the extra mile for the team. After leaving Rangers in 2008, Boumsong went on to play for Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Marseille before retiring from professional football in 2015. He remains a beloved figure among Rangers fans and is often remembered for his contributions to the team's success during his time at Ibrox.
