This evocative photograph captures the electric atmosphere at Ibrox Stadium during Rangers Football Club's pre-season friendly against Liverpool FC in the 2005-2006 season. The focus of the image is Sasa Papac, a Serbian international defender who was making his debut for Rangers that day. Papac, who had joined the Scottish giants from French club Bordeaux earlier that summer, is seen here in the thick of the action, fully concentrated as he defends against Liverpool's formidable attack.
