"In the electrifying Ramsden Cup Round Two match between Rangers and Berwick Rangers at the hallowed Ibrox Stadium during the 2013-14 season, David Templeton stole the show with a brace that secured a hard-fought 2-0 victory for the home team. The first goal came in the 11th minute, with Templeton expertly finishing off a well-worked move, leaving the Berwick Rangers defense in disarray. The second goal, scored in the second half, was a moment of individual brilliance as Templeton dribbled past several defenders before unleashing a powerful shot into the back of the net. The crowd erupted in jubilation, their team now in a commanding position in the cup tie. Devon Jacobs of Berwick Rangers could only watch on in frustration as his team struggled to contain the rampant Rangers attack. With Templeton's double strike, Rangers continued their impressive form in the 2013-14 season, maintaining their determination to reclaim their rightful place at the top of Scottish football."
