Bob began sketching soccer stories over fifty years ago, for Fleetway Comics
in London and occasionally for Scottish Publishers DC Thomson. Bob has
been drawing picture-strips and caricatures of footballers ever since!
Now living on the Sussex Coast, he tells his wife he has retired, but secretly
still draws match cartoons at Brighton and Hove Albion.
He has recently done comic-strip histories in book form of several of the
bigger English clubs, and would love to do a similar one of Rangers, his
favourite Scottish team. Bob follows Preston North End from afar
