The Co-operative Cup, a cherished trophy in Scottish football, had eluded Rangers for several years, making this triumph all the more sweet. The atmosphere at Hampden Park that day was electric, as two of Scotland's most storied clubs battled it out for the coveted prize. The tension was palpable, with both teams giving it their all on the pitch.
