"4th April 2015: A Day of Classic Cars and Thrilling Races" On this memorable day in 2015, the CM6 race track was filled with the roaring engines and screeching tires of some of the most iconic classic cars. The air was electric with anticipation as drivers prepared to showcase their skills on the asphalt. Amongst them, John Spiers took control of his Ford Lotus Cortina (CM6 8365), maneuvering through each turn with precision and grace. Not far behind, Nigel Cox showcased his driving prowess in another Ford Lotus Cortina (CM6 8312), leaving spectators in awe. The TVR Griffith (CM6 8038) driven by John Spiers added a touch of elegance to the event, its sleek design turning heads at every corner. Meanwhile, Mark Halstead and Stuart McPherson pushed their limits in their Lotus Elan S1 (CM6 8009), proving that speed and style go hand in hand. Roger Godfrey skillfully handled his Austin Cooper S (CM6 8319), while Bob Bullen showed off his expertise in navigating tight corners with his Ford Anglia, 105E (CM6 8299). Robert Bremner's AC Cobra (CM6 7991) roared down the straightaways, leaving a trail of excitement behind it. Simon Drabble and Alex Drabble chose to make a statement with their Reliant Sabre Six (CM6 7988), showcasing both power and uniqueness on the track. Christopher Helliwell fearlessly piloted his Jamun T2 (CM69292), pushing boundaries as he raced against time. Alan Cook's Mallock Mk20 (CM67893) displayed exceptional handling capabilities while Peter Hallford commanded attention in his Ford Mustang (172 EWK) (Cm68313). Will Dick demonstrated why Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Super (CM68301) is a force to be reckoned with.
